How to cancel an order
If you would like to cancel a product order before it has been despatched, please notify the salon or spa seller immediately by email or in writing. If payment has already been taken (if the salon or spa have accepted your order), a refund will be made from Salons & Spas Etc. This can only be organised by the salon or spa you placed your order with, they will organise this with us on your behalf.
Returning an order
If you would like to return an order to one of our salon or spa sellers, you have 7 days from delivery to notify the seller that you wish to return or exchange an item.
To discuss a return directly with the seller, please use the information in your order confirmation email or see details in your account area.
Our salon and spa members do take returns on the basis that the goods have been un-opened and unused and are in a re-saleable condition. By this we mean that all packaging and or cellophane wrapping and tamper resistant seals must be intact. Sometimes manufacturers will apply a security seal to the outside of a box, if this seal is broken the item cannot be re-sold and will not be accepted by our salon or spa returns departments.
All salon and spa sellers will follow the Salons & Spas Etc returns policy below.
Cancelling an online booking
Online bookings through www.salonsandspasetc.com are 100% non refundable. Should you need to cancel your booking please notify the salon or spa directly via email or in writing. If you are unable to attend your booked appointment for any reason please notify the salon or spa directly in writing or by email. The salon or spa may try to accommodate rebooking your appointment within 7 days of the original appointment. This is not always possible and is at the sole discretion of the salon or spa.
Please double check whether an item is cancellable or non-cancellable before purchasing to avoid disappointment.
How to return or exchange a product
You must notify the salon or spa seller in writing if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item, outlining your reasons for doing so.
We recommend that you return the goods in appropriate packaging, use a ‘signed for’ delivery method and obtain proof of postage. Do not destroy or dispose of any product, even if it is faulty, before arrangements have been discussed with the salon or spa seller.
The salon or spa seller will organise a refund with Salons & Spas Etc to be made directly to your payment debit or credit card within 30 days maximum, subject to conditions outlined in this policy.
