Select your purchases Load up your shopping basket, buying from as many different salons and spas as you like. You’ll pay through one easy checkout and we’ll notify each seller of your order, before each then confirms your order with you.
Gift wrapping Many salons and spas offer to send out your products beautifully wrapped and sometimes even at no extra cost. Some make a small charge – simply check their product pages. Pay for your purchases We accept all major credit and debit cards. Your card won’t be charged until the salon or spa accepts your order. Our online payment processing is completely secure and endorsed with VeriSign and McAfee certificates.
Delivery charges Each order is sent directly from the salon or spa selling the product, so a cost per seller is incurred to ensure it reaches you quickly and safely. Charges and delivery times vary from seller to seller, but they are always fair and reasonable.
Almost all standard orders are delivered within the UK for under £2.95 per seller, and many will be FREE. This will be displayed on the product page. So you know what to expect, our sellers follow a clear guide to delivery charges and times. Click here to see it.
Delivery times Delivery is normally within 7 working days from the point your order has been confirmed by the salon or spa seller. Sellers will advise delivery times on receipt of your order (or check the seller’s product page for a guide before you order).
For those last-minute purchases, express delivery is offered on some products to mainland UK addresses but must be ordered before noon and is excluded from all special offers and promotions. There are occasions where factors outside of the salon or spa seller’s control can delay a parcel, so we ask for your patience if this happens. Once your goods are on their way, each salon or spa seller will get in touch again to let you know.

Returns and refunds Our sellers will refund or exchange any standard item within 30 days of receipt. We’re sorry but cosmetics and many beauty products and personal items are non-refundable, unless faulty. Please refer to the returns and refunds policy for further information.
All returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned to the seller at the address on your correspondence. Please obtain proof of posting. See our returns page for guidance and check with the seller too.
Refunds can only be made by Salons & Spas Etc via our online payment processing system. Only the seller can organise this for you, so contact them directly. Please take a few moments to read our returns policy.
