How to book treatments, services and spa packages
Salons & Spas Etc gives you access to hundreds of treatments directly from our handpicked salons and spas.
Here’s how to find the perfect treatment or package just for you
- In the Treatments page, use the Search box in the left hand navigation pane, enter a treatment type, brand or name. Once you have found the treatment you are looking for, you can enter your postcode to search for salons and spas in your area offering this treatment. Some will be available to book online where you select the date and time you would like and add it to your basket ready for checkout. Alternatively, you may need to call the salon or spa to book.
- You can also narrow your search by using the categories in the treatments page use the left side bar categories to navigate your way, as you would aisles in a shop. Sub-categories make it easy to find exactly what you’re looking for.
- Featured treatments. From time to time we theme featured treatments as well highlight many services newly available.

Select your treatments, packages and services
Load up your shopping basket, you can book more than one treatment at a time and even from more than one of our salons or spas. You’ll pay through one easy checkout and we’ll notify each salon and spa of your booking, before each then confirms your booking with you.
Paying for your treatments, packages and services
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Your card won’t be charged until the salon or spa accepts your online booking requests. Our online payment processing is completely secure and endorsed with VeriSign and McAfee certificates.
Once confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS. You will also receive a reminder SMS and email 48 hours prior to your appointment time.
Booking fees, cancellations and refunds
You will not be charged a booking fee, however you should be aware that all online bookings made through Salons & Spas Etc are 100% non refundable. If you are unable to attend your appointment booked for any reason, please contact the salon or spa directly. Our salons and spas are very reasonable and may try to accommodate your treatments within 7 days of your original booking. Please be aware this is not always possible and it at the sole discretion of the salon or spa.
